Rene Marie Russo, an American actress and filmmaker who was once a supermodel is now a film director. Her beautiful beauty and successes in the field of film reflect her talents as a model. In the late 1970s the model began her career. She quickly was one of the most prominent figures in this industry. At the beginning of 1990 she was enrolled in the theatre and acting. Then after that, in Los Angeles and California she began to make her stage debuts. Russo first appeared on screen on ABCs Sable drama in 1987, playing Eden Kendell. Rose Namajunas ranks among the best UFC female fighters. Her first fight was in the amateur ranks, participating in different regional promotions. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her on and later she became a member of the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Since joining the UFC the fighter has quickly gained a name in the sport due her achievements both within and outside the octagon. Namajunas is a Lithuanian born American who was born June 29th 1993 at Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose was a kickboxer and basketball player while growing up. Rose made her debut as a professional at the age of 18 in the Invicta Fighting Championships at which she managed to win two matches by submission. Dana White noticed this and when she was in December 2014 at age 22, she signed her to fight as a strawweight with UFC. Rose was a high-flyer but her lows as well throughout her career but always came in the end on winning. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Title as well as the title of the title of Fighter of the Night. It was the very first time that a female wrestled in a major event to win a championship. Namajunas was able to record many other victories, including 2 wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
